What type of vehicles do you provide?
US Sedan has the latest models reducing the stress of worrying about auto motive repair or break downs (including the hot-hot-HOT 2015 BMW 740 LXI and 2015 Cadillac Escalade) available to accommodate any size group. We provide sedans for up to 4 passengers, as well as motor coach and limousine transportation for a group of any size.
Can I smoke in your vehicles?
No. Sorry, state law prohibits smoking in commercial-use vehicles.
Can I make a reservation online?
Yes. When you access our reservations portal, you will find an easy-to-use interface designed to guide you, the customer, through the booking process quickly and seamlessly.
How will I get a receipt for my trip?
Upon completion of your travel, you may request a receipt to be faxed or emailed to you. Call 1-888-US-SEDAN (1-888-330-0738), and a reservations agent will be happy to assist you.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you must change or cancel your travel, please contact US Sedan with at least two hours notice. Otherwise, charges and fees may apply.
What if I require special assistance?
US Sedan offers a wide range of services to accommodate special requests. Need a child seat? We’ll take care of it. Require a specialized security vehicle? We’ll take care of it. Need handicap access? You guessed right: We’ll take care of it.
What should I do if I cannot find my driver?
The reservation agent who completes your booking will provide specific details about the location of pick up, as this will vary depending on the airport or train station of arrival. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, call 888-US-SEDAN (888-330-0738), ask for “Dispatch”, and you will be directed to the appropriate person who will assist you.
